not much have changed. i still sleep during lectures like last time. hahz juz now juz kena smacked my gp tutor cos i slept during de gp lect. :| oh yeahh didn go for de bbq.. heard abt it a bit last min :s anyhow tj is getting bearable enough. and joyce, aneesa, jia wei!!: hockey is funnnnnn. hahahah. though we suck (but we're improving) and its mad to play with de boys which is wad we always do. oh hey if anyone reads this (im not sure how often u guys actually read de blog now) do tell daryl senior class (i.e. my mortal) i said hie. and de rest of de class too. haha and mr chow. lolx tell him his teaching is solid la. i actually got a 60+++% for de common test (ok la only C but stilllll) when i used to fail all de class tests during first 3 mths. and bulk of de common test was on first term work so yeaaaaah.. righto.. i gotta do my tutorials (yes im doing tutorials on a regular basis now! hahahah).. tc ppl... send my love to all :)

Yoz! Got dragged to MacRitchie today....walked for close to 4 hours. Damned tiring. That's equivalent to more than 10 km i guess...walked round the whole reservior on the trails. Never thought i'd be so glad to see a proper road:)
Got all hot and sweaty and best of all, i walked till my sole came off! I'm never going back there....unless someone pays me a million bucks...lol.

9 weeks since i first stepped into s41 (: firstly thanks to all of you for making me feel welcome from the very start. haha becoming a victorian was very sudden for me but i must say im beginning to like it(:

oh one thing: during o2 of which half i was absent from, someone told me that my class was happening(: and so im slowly discovering the quirks of s41 heh

the long and arduous term of syfs and (most)sports seasons is over, well done to you all who have trained/practiced hard!(: proud of you guys

hello everyone... i guess it has been a super duper long time since i've been here... feel so guilty to be one of those 'pple that dun blog after a while' that i say will happen! hmm... must have predicted my future... :P but just when i thought i haf to read for a super duper long time i realised, eh? like 3 seconds finish liao leh... maybe we can take this place to tok crap oso... wahaha... reading the posts brings back memories loh... especially touched by jw's post. :)

well well, so many things happen over the time period. there's o2, sports day, starting of sports seasons, excos popping out, going for boring parent's talk (when my parents aren't there!), tests, spas, projects, cross country, music fest... time just fly past like that loh... i can't believe we are so near june hols and yet it seems that time passes so slowly in classes. Classes are so routine now, a week just disappears without knowing... it's just monday then tuesaday then wednesday then thursday then now suddenly friday oso over... 52 weeks... are there enough?

went to crash rj this afternoon. not so fun.. rj ppl r vy cool, esp those from raffles faimily...i don't like e environment at all. oh ya, rj classroom don't have air-con although it is new.. e whole maths lecture, i don't understand what e lecturer was talking about at all...compare to vj, rj is......yups, we r all vy smart ppl, and have e wise decision to put vj as our first choice...so, enjoy vj fun life here...haha...^_^

yea, 05s41 will neva be the same without you if you leave, so dun even think of leaving the class when we have neva excluded you.. yea?

victorian's day was rather quiet.. onli saw ppl in the canteen and onli a few stores were open, instead of all as promised in the posters.. well, at least the ppl were enthu enuff, so it was alrite.. maybe its the first time we are having it, so the response may not be tat good.. well, in time to come, we will coming back too! yea, and tt includes you, jiaying.. victorian's day as vs was about the same too.. my class won the best represented class simply becuz we were the onli group of ppl around, other than the organisers.. the rest were simply made up of one or two guys walking around.. yup, but the pirze was good, $500 food voucher.. yea, free dinner!!

house comm interview was weird!! haha, besides the normal things you can expect in an interview, there were also stuff like being offered a cup of sand, asked to cheer while lying down on the floor, do a skit or something to cheer up someone, climb thru a structure of chairs and tables while entering.. guess it was ok, but i was so tired i didnt realli cared wad was going on, juz did wad i was asked and left.. haha, but why some ppl said it was mean, i dunno.. but they were asked qns like, "who are you? i'm not asking who YOU are but who ARE you?" hmm, luckily i wasnt the one being asked.. yup, hope it goes well for all who signed up!!

Old Victorians Day was an okayy success. Not really huge but okayy lahh coz about 100 over pple came down(: It was fun and the choir+band put on a splendid performance! I dunno about the TSD perf coz I was on dutyyy so I cldnt catch it so nyehhh. All in all, the victorian spirit was there and we ended off with cheers. Pictures will be up on my blog soon, I hope. When I've finally found the time to squeeze in some leisure time for myself. Lol.

Okie. Today was Victorians' Day and the V Day I have to admit was quite dead (well I think it was quite dead at VS but don't really know about VJ 'cos I was there only for the last two hours or so) Anyways it's probably because it's only the first time this homecoming event is being held so it may not have really warmed up to the alumni, yup.

To Jiaying: Well Jiaying, if you are really leaving us then I'll have to say good luck in your future endeavours. Ha But likelihood is that you're eventually going to stay in VJ because that's your first choice and you were here for first three months and furthermore it's not confirmed you're leaving what. Okay so let's talk about this man. His name is Mr. Tao
So one day he was walking home from his office and the weather was kind of bad. He suddenly saw lightning.The thunder that followed it was so loud and scary that Mr Tao was SO sure he died. So we finished everythingamajig.....

And for those who didn't know, Madam Lau spotted a mistake in one of the bees as we returned to take photos. So Daryl, myself, Rifle Shaun and Jessica had to repaint that bee (slightly) and because Madama Lau couldn't find black, the stripes she replaced (skilfully) with dark blue.

That's it, but all in all we did great yes? :) Whoppee!

heya ppl! yay, finally finished the SLV!! and boy is it marvellous! yup, it is very noce larz, and considering the time period we had in completing it, i would say we will become great artists in time to come!! hee..

some ppl to thank:

mdm lau- she was helping us along the way from the planning stage to the executing stage, and provided us wif paint, brushed and tips on makin the pictures better. yup, without her help, i cannot guarantee whether the mural would have turned out so nice! so many thanks to her!

mr chow- he helped booked the bus for us to go to henderson student care centre!haha, and he helped take pictures of us painting, although everyone had to pause in wad they do and look at the camera. and ya, mr chow got lost!! yesh, while providing us with drinks, many thanks for tt too, he got lost and had to ask for help in returning back to the centre. oh well, but it was great funu larz, so thanks for his help too!!

jia ying- coolz, without her mom's help, we would not hav started wif this project at all due to the lack of funds.. but becuz jia ying's mom kindly donated money for us, we managed to utilise them and use it wisely for this project. and also thanks to jia ying's boyfriend who also helped bought drinks for the class.. oh ya, she also brought speakers for MASS DANCE!! thank you!!

michelle- michelle helped to call the relevant authorities at the start, and was referred to this student care centre and found out of this request to do a mural. yup, so this could not hav started too without her help. then in the later part of the project, she was contributing even more by helping to purchase the paint and also brushes. so thanks to her too!!

tim- wah, tim was very pro in writing out letters and also calling the relevant authorities. he speaks like a businessman and stuff, very professional indeed, so yea he played a big role in getting the sponsership for the kids. coolz!! many thanks to tim!!

muzhaffar- muzzy drew the pictures!! haha, i think tt speaks of a lot already yea? haha, its like he helped to transfer the pictures from paper to wall and made them look good!! so he played a major role in making this project a success!!

shikin- haha, shikin helped in drawing out the first pictures and thus started the pictorial adventure of this project, so yea, and it turned out to be very nice!! yay! and not to forget she teaching us how to dance the dances and stuff. so yea, many thanks to shikin too!!

xinyi- she agreed to go to speak to the person in charge when the rest were all busy wif cca! and yea, very nice strategy in getting the project approved!! she asked us to call and call the person regularly so tt the person would not onli be constantly reminded of us and also be irritated and thus approved of the project quickly, thus resulting in us getting the approval like one day after we submitted the pictures!! thanks!!

joyce- she helped out in the money part of this project, keeping it safe and stuff, and ya, she also contributed the painting a lot larz, but had to be reminded tt white was airy white when painting the backgroud.. haha, but realli, thanks to joyce too!!

samuel- smauel drew the nicest painting of them all! haha, oh well and he did a lot of work larz, but still he left earli.. but tts ok i guess, since he did helped out a lot already. many thanks to him too!!

ling jie- our ct rep, helped out a lot, briefed the class and also updated the class on the project from time to time.. wad else can we say? hee. :D

yup, and the rest of the class too! yes, each of us played a very important role and each contributed the success of the project larz, like aneesa painting independently, fadilah in like vounteering to get the paint out when we haven reached the place, and also helping out enthusiaticalli in the painting of the mural, and together wif jia wei, also painted my fingernails to achieve and different colour altogether.. angela, xiuyu, jessica, aurelia, zhi xin, in painting without complaining at all, jiayu in washing the paint brushes, air rifle shuan, daryl and ding yong in creating a very different perspective of a bee's eyes haha but nevertheless helping out a lot in the painting AND drawing, sailor shuan for helping out in painting too on the first day, and same for mahathir too.. even the ppl who didn come also helped out in one ways or another such as ling xiu who lent us her locker to store our newspaper and brushes.. so all in all, i would say this project is successful!! haha, and yea, hope you all managed to wash off all the paint in your hands!! hee:D

yup, and also hope tt you all study well and get good results for the coming maths test and good lucks for the o level results!!! see ya ppl on mon!!

jts was ok lah... there was continued conversation so it's not boring lah... my side had xing qi, tian yu, de kai, tim, ah seng, ling jie, and jia yu... just say crappy stuff loh... wad did the rest tok about at the other side i wonder... i always very kepo one...>_< then daryl went to sing and took photos, a bit chaotic lah, suddenly everyone's taking pictures and messing up the whole place... but it's fun...

well, today chiong the painting until 1930 in vj... thank you to liseng, tim, jia yu and shikin... working hard to make sure there's success! i think we can clear 10 cip hours easily for this project...
